Public Speaking Phrases to Keep the Audience’s Attention

Before a public speaking presentation I gave Monday evening, one of the attendees mentioned that she was about to start work on creating a five minute video about the great yoga equipment her business sells.  Unfortunately, we were running short on time, so I didn't have a chance to share some advice with her.  Instead, I'm putting it in this blog post. Relationship building when you don't have a live audience in front of you requires some different speaking strategies.  Below is a list of some great "keep listening" phrases to include in your video script.   These will help keep your audience engaged and listening all the way through your video.

Remember, variety in vocal pitch and facial expression are also very important.  Last but not least, don't forget to relax and have fun!
