Public Speaking Tip: Be Natural

by Lily Iatridis on February 5, 2010

In other words, be yourself.  When speaking in public, the best technique a speaker can use when up on stage is to simply relax and ”let their hair down,” so to speak.  Do your best to forget about your own self-consciousness and talk naturally to your audience.  You, the speaker, set the mood in the room.  Wouldn’t a relaxed and comfortable energy improve the ambience in the room and your audience’s connection to you?
